Vince Vaughn and Kyla Weber cuddled up as they took a walking tour around Rome on Wednesday. Vince is taking advantage of his promotional world tour, and turned it into a romantic vacation and real life Couples Retreat by bringing costar Malin Akerman and her husband along for the ride. Vince and Kyla looked happily in love as they held hands throughout the day, showing that the famous bachelor is really ready to settle down.

Britney Spears hit the beach in Mexico over the weekend with her black bikini, sons Sean and Jayden, as well as boyfriend Jason Trawick. She enjoyed some much-needed relaxation after recently spending time in LA to work on her video for her new single, "3," which is currently at the top of the Billboard charts. She'll soon be off to finish up her Circus tour in Australia, but hopefully she'll fit in downtime Down Under, since she's such a pro at finding places to soak up the sun between shows.

I've never seriously mulled over the pros and cons of spending my paycheck on a pair of great pumps or a handbag, but the idea of splurging on a vacation usually requires some deliberation. However, a recent study revealing the monetary worth of happiness may have me reevaluating my long-practiced spending habits.
The study suggests that, assuming all basic needs are met, we're better off spending our extra cash on a meaningful experience — a romantic getaway or well-deserved stay at the spa — versus the latest version of the iPod.
