#LoveatFirstFlight: Guy Likes Girl, Tracks Her Down Using Twitter

Let's call this a love-at-first-flight story. Last week, a 24-year-old Irish guy named Jamie Kelly met a 27-year-old Canadian named Katie Moreau on a flight from Dublin to Barcelona. The two chatted it up, hit off, but then got separated at customs after waiting in different lines.

Not knowing her last name or phone number, Kelly had no way of finding her — until he channeled his inner Romeo and asked friends to help him spread the #findkatie and #loveatfirstflight hashtag on Twitter.

He even went on a local radio show trying to find her with no luck. But then, someone who said she was Katie's sister stepped in with some good news, and boom!

"I never thought I would ever see him again so what a surprise after a couple of pints to log onto Facebook to all these messages," Moreau said in an interview.

She tried for a bit to look for "the handsome Irishman" after going through customs, but didn't want to seem desperate, she said.

"I suppose, in hindsight, looking a bit longer wouldn't seem as desperate in comparison."

They have been chatting online and plan to meet next week.

While plenty of people think this is the "most romantic" thing ever, some are a little creeped out by the attempts. What do you think?!
