They always say starting your diet is the hardest part. I agree that it is difficult to stop your old habits and transition into new ones, but I think there's something even harder. That's sticking to your new diet. You may be loving the diet, but sometimes it can get boring eating the same things every single day. Especially for the keto diet, you're limited to certain food groups, so it's important to find ways to change it up. This will prevent you from reaching for something that will kick you out of ketosis out of pure boredom.
