The Obama family is continuing their official visit to Latin America, heading south after their three-day historic stay in Cuba and landing in Argentina early on March 23. The president, the first lady, Michelle, and their two daughters, Sasha and Malia, have a busy schedule during their trip, including a meeting with Argentinian President Mauricio Macri at the famous Casa Rosada presidential palace in Buenos Aires, a visit to the cathedral, a state dinner filled with tango, and trips to Bariloche and Patagonia.

The visit is stirring a bit of controversy, coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the military coup of 1976 initially supported by the US that led to a dictatorship until 1983, but supporters have also taken the streets of the capital waiting to sneak a peek and photo of the US president.
