Zumba fans, rejoice! The choreography to Shakira and Carlos Vives's "La Bicicleta" has arrived. The Colombian-born singer recently posted a clip to Instagram of more than 4,000 people in Argentina doing the energetic routine — and it totally made us want to get up and dance.

Though Zumba instructors obviously have access to the full thing, we'll do our best to learn the moves with the help of a YouTube preview shared by the folks at Zumba themselves.
