The 23-year-old Puerto Rican-American actress dazzled in a sparkly cutout Pamella Roland gown with all kinds of flattering chevron detailing, pairing the gorgeous dress fit for a princess with matching Harry Winston earrings, Jimmy Choo sandals, and a clutch with a gorgeous pop of royal purple. Talk about stunning!
