Elsa Cavazos is a freelance writer based in Napa, CA. Her work has appeared in Vogue Mexico, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Teen Vogue, Marie Claire, and other publications. She is originally from McAllen, TX, though she was born in Houston and raised in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Cavazos became a full-time reporter in 2019. Her translation work has appeared in publications such as The Texas Tribune and The Guardian. When she is not writing, she is shopping or traveling.
