As Rachel Zoe told POPSUGAR, "If you like fashion and beauty, it's just ignorant if you miss Rosie Huntington." Someone as stunningly gorgeous as Rosie is hard to miss, but she really grabbed our attention when she teamed up with her longtime stylist, George Northwood, to share a half-bun DIY with her Instagram followers. Thanks to this quick tutorial, you'll finally be able to decode the secrets behind model-off-duty hair.

Northwood declared that loading up the hair with product and texture is essential in creating this style. He lifted the upper layers of Rosie's strands and spritzed them liberally with Redken Pillow Proof Blow Dry Two Day Extender ($22), giving her a tousled appearance.

"Once you look like you've been dragged through a hedge backwards, what's the next step?" Rosie joked, showing off her bed head. Northwood then backcombed the crown and the section of hair where the "hun" would be created.

If you're looking for true lazy-model hair, don't use a brush to pull back the top section of hair. Northwood advises that you use your fingers to sweep up your strands and pin them into a small chignon for a fuss-free appearance. Complete your chic look by gently rubbing the hairline. This will cause some "random bits" to become untucked from the half bun, making your style look effortless and undone.

Watch the video to see every step (and the adorable banter between Rosie and her stylist), then practice re-creating it at home. It's the perfect look to rock to brunch this weekend!
