The latest addition to Katy Perry's growing fragrance range is the perfect late Summer scent. At first, Royal Revolution ($49-$59) is fruity and fresh, but then the jasmine, leather, and sandalwood kick in, giving it a more sophisticated edge than a lot of celebrity scents.
