Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer

I'll admit that I wasn't a huge primer-wearer until I discovered this one from Too Faced ($32). It contains coconut water (and the nut's tropical telltale scent!), which makes me feel and look dewy. I wear it both under and over makeup — especially around my eyes — when my skin looks lackluster.
