Wait Until You See the Back of Brie Larson's Oscars Hairstyle

Brie Larson had a stunning half-up, half-down hairstyle for Sunday's Academy Awards in Los Angeles. From the front, it appeared as though two strands from each side of Brie's head had been twisted back into a simple updo. But from the back? It was another story. Working with hair stylist Mara Roszak, Brie paired her embellished, custom Gucci dress with an equally intricate hairstyle. Mara wove strands of Brie's hair over, under, and around a beautiful shimmernig comb, proving that, in addition to jewelry, bling has an important place in hair, too. The piece, the Arielle Chignon Wrap by Jennifer Behr, retails for $1,125.

Brie's makeup artist, Rachel Goodwin, completed Brie's look with a hint of eye shadow and a raspberry lip color. "Putting finishing touches on this celestial beauty just before she left for the red carpet," Rachel shared on Instagram. "What an amazing, surreal moment."
