"I love casseroles. I love family-style anything. I grew up on those giant lasagnas that you just pop in the oven. John and I had a family-style wedding, there's just something about passing around a big dish of food. And casseroles get better as they sit; they're better the next day. So anything nice and hearty that can be scooped out of a casserole, that's my ultimate comfort food — my mom's scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, I have a tuna casserole that I love. But I'm not a huge leftovers nut so I need more family members . . . that's what we're trying to do [laughs]."
