Kate Middleton is bringing back one of our favorite '90s hairstyles: the Topsy Tail ponytail. This features an inverted ponytail (it looks as if the base is looped inside of itself or flipped in) using a tool called the Topsy Tail ($5).
Kate rocked her take on it with a side part and a loose, low ponytail. It has a romantic feel and is an elegant idea for brides and 'maids.
