I've long been a fan of Too Faced's sumptuous shadow formulas, and this palette ($59, available March 9) truly speaks to my soul. It's stuffed with 30 neutral shades in predominantly cooler tones (my jam!) in both matte and metallic finishes. Unlike some compacts, which contain a few "wild card" colors that I find unusable, Natural Love is versatile from top to bottom. That said, I'm particularly fond of Moonstone, a rich shimmering taupe that would jazz up any daytime eye look. — EO
