Kylie Cosmetics Is Mailing Empty Highlighters, and Everyone's Pissed

This isn't the first time we've seen Kylie's makeup business in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, as widespread complaints concerning her lip gloss wands also surfaced last year. But the company's customer service department seems to be actively working to solve the current issue. Plus, as Bustle reports, these illuminating powders will be restocked on March 16, so we're hoping that will further help resolve these mistakes.
