OK, I did not do this for my wedding — but I wish I did! I learned about the treatment when I got a facial with Renée Rouleau after the big day. It's a perfect facial add-on to try a few days before you get in that white dress. Facial cupping uses a suction device on the skin to tighten it. This is really effective if you drink a few nights before your wedding or feel puffy from lack of sleep — as it naturally contours the face.
That said, be wary of doing it on your body or getting any sort of aggressive cupping as you could bruise. (Renée was quite gentle on my sensitive skin.)
Pro tip: You can also do it on your lips (again, gently!) to make them plumper temporarily. Definitely try this out well in advance to ensure you don't have any sensitivity to it.
