Skincare routine: “I never go to the beach without a hat and SPF 50+ on my face. I also eat a healthy diet, loading up on vital greens and healthy fats, and drink plenty of water, especially first thing in the morning. Fitness is a big part of my life. Getting those endorphins has a ripple effect on my skin. I take supplements: evening primrose oil and omega 3. That has really improved my skin, especially after years of acne. My skin is fairly sensitive, and I’ve found that a lot of products aggravate my skin. I do love rosehip spray — it’s super refreshing and hydrating. I have eye serums and creams, masks and moisturizers, but I only use natural products. With my busy schedule, I must confess that my skin routine is definitely inconsistent.”
Why I’ve never had Botox: “I’ve never felt I needed it and I would prefer to spend that money at a health food shop. I do my best to stay in a preventative frame of mind rather than wait for a solution. By all means, I think anyone who gets botox should not feel bad about it. We all need to do what makes us feel our best and confident in our own skin.”
Open to it in the future? “If at some point in my life I feel that my body doesn't reflect my mind and I can make some tweaks, I would consider it.”
