Herbal Essences is launching a line of Refresh products including the Bio:renew Micellar Water & Blue Ginger Shampoo ($6, available at drugstores in January), which contains micellar water. The concept behind this formulas is to offer antioxidants to really cleanse hair, while leaving behind the gorgeous scent of ginger blossoms, floral bouquets, and clean musk. There are no parabens, and it is safe to use on colored strands, making it ideal for most hair types.
