It comes with both the Framboos and virgin marula oil, which is used to soothe and protect the skin after being exposed to the powerful AHAs and BHAs. I'd suggest using it two to three times a week to see how your skin reacts. It it's too much, cut back; if your skin is fine, you can start to introduce it daily.
