The Only Thing Hotter Than This End-of-Summer Heat Is Vanessa Hudgens's Smoky Eye

On my eyes, I followed Allan's exact formula to achieve smoky shadow. I used Marc Jacobs Beauty O!Mega Gel Powder Eye Shadow in Prim-O! ($29) in my inner and outer corner, and left the center of my lids blank to apply a pop of Making a Scene, a shimmery green shade from the Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Palette in Edgitorial ($49).

To create the smoky winged-effect, I painted on the Marc Jacobs Beauty O!Mega Gel Powder Eyeshadow in Dynam-O! ($29) along my crease and outer corner.
