If you know it's going to be a long one, consider taking one of the products in Pur's new Out of the Blue Collection. Each of them has lights built into the packaging, making it easy to see where exactly you're swiping your lipstick and eye shadow.

The line of products also includes the ingredient xanthophyll, which has been shown in a few studies to absorb blue light in plants. The intention is to protect you from the negative effects that come from your phone and computer screens. "I wanted to create a collection that helps to keep skin protection from the visible signs of aging induced by high energy visible blue light, while also giving you the striking color, quality formulas and fun, eye-catching packaging you will love," said Tisha Thompson, the brand's vice president of marketing and innovation.
