Everything about Jess Glynne is powerful — from her voice to her thoughtful songwriting reaching fans across the globe — and just when we thought she couldn't be more impactful, she put on an emotional performance at the Brit Awards.

On stage, she was among a row of women with ring lights and cameras positioned inches in front of their faces. As she sang the lyrics to her song "Thursday," she stripped off her makeup with a Face Halo ($22) She sang, "I won't wear makeup on Thursday, I'm sick of covering up" (to which we say, SAME).
