This $16 Mascara Gave Me Long-Lasting, Fluttery Lashes Even After a Full-On Cry

The formula of the BH Cosmetics x Doja Cat Blooming Mascara ($16) is more on the wet side, and the innovative wand has stiff micro-bristles all around it, from the globe to the middle of the wand. However, the first thing I noticed when I used the mascara was that there was a lot of product on my wand. I couldn't use that middle section of the wand, but it didn't really matter to me since I was more intrigued by the globe portion. I highly suggest wiping off the excess, especially if you are used to drier formulas.
