First of all, it doesn't pull your hair at all. I have very thick, curly hair and it was tangled so I gave this brush the ultimate test. Second, you don't have to hold your hair to brush it (like to get the big tangles without hurting your head) and it still doesn't pull. Next, I want to mention the look it gives. No joke, salon-quality hair. No frizziness at all, and it gave my hair shine and even pulled it straight without any product. My hair feels so soft (like silk).
