The Billboard Music Awards Were Sprinkled With Cute Celebrity Duos

The Billboard Music Awards went down in Las Vegas on Sunday night, and in addition to some of our favorite celebrities making appearances (hello, Britney Spears!), some of Hollywood's cutest duos also used it as a fun night out. Ciara, who hosted the show with Ludacris, hit the red carpet with fiancé Russell Wilson, while Meghan Trainor brought her handsome brother, Ryan, as her date.
