Hoda Kotb and her fiancé, Joel Schiffman, have quite the cute little family. Hoda's two daughters, who joined the party in 2017 and 2019, are the lights of her life, and motherhood has left her positively glowing. Hoda and Joel have officially been together since 2016 — and got engaged in November! — and bringing up wanting to be a mother was initially tough for the Today Show anchor.
Hoda told Dr. Oz in 2018: "I remember I said to Joel, 'I want to ask you a question. I'm going to bring something up to you and don't answer me right now.' I said, 'Just let it marinate for a day or a week or as long as you need.' He said, 'OK.' I said, 'I can't hold it in, so I'm going to say it.' So I said, 'I'd like to explore adoption with you.' And he said, 'I don't need a day.'"
