LeBron James is a dad for the third time! According to E! News, the NBA superstar and his high school sweetheart, Savannah Brinson, welcomed a baby girl in Ohio on Oct. 22. The new bundle of joy is the first daughter for the couple, who has been married since September 2013 and are already parents to 10-year-old LeBron Jr. and 6-year-old Bryce. The Cleveland Cavalier revealed the name that he and Savannah had picked out for their little girl in a sweet Instagram photo in August; during a trip to Mykonos, Greece — a "push gift" vacation for his wife — LeBron wrote, "Zhuri hurry up and get here so your daddy and 2 brothers can annoy you! Lol."
LeBron made headlines earlier this year when he announced that he would be returning to the Cavaliers after four years with the Miami Heat. In a heartfelt essay written at the time, he cited raising his children in his hometown as one reason for the return, saying, "I have two boys and my wife, Savannah, is pregnant with a girl. I started thinking about what it would be like to raise my family in my hometown. I looked at other teams, but I wasn't going to leave Miami for anywhere except Cleveland." Congrats to the couple on their new addition!
