The MTV Movie Awards Hosts You Probably, Definitely Forgot About

SNL alum and political commentator Dennis Miller hosted the first annual MTV Movie Awards in 1992. He hung out backstage with Chris Rock, who was dressed in an outfit fully reflective of the era.

During her opening monologue, Sarah said, "To make Paris Hilton more comfortable in jail, I hear they're going to make the bars of her cell out of penises," adding, "I just worry she'll snap her teeth."

The 2009 show was when Sacha Baron Cohen (as his character Brüno) descended from the rafters and put his bare butt in Eminem's face. The rapper was in on the stunt but acted so upset during the show that we had no idea until days later. Because of that headline-making incident, you may have forgotten that the night's host was none other than Andy Samberg. Yes, before he left SNL and won a Golden Globe for Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Andy hosted the MTV Movie Awards. His 2009 gig was full of Lonely Island songs and re-creations of his SNL digital shorts, including "D*ck in a Box."

Aziz, who was then starring on Parks & Recreation, opened the show with an ode to Edward Cullen from Twilight then proceeded to introduce the world to his alter ego — Taavon, swag coach to the stars.

The Australian actress also brought out her "Koala Cam," a stuffed bear named Chlamydia, to give viewers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the show.

Yes, Conan O'Brien hosted the show wearing a muscle suit, but he also offered up a foolproof plan to punish stars for taking too long with their acceptance speeches: "I will personally send a dick pic to the teleprompter," he told the crowd. The 2014 show also gave us that glorious moment when Rita Ora helped Zac Efron rip his shirt off on stage.
