Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are parents! The Dancing With the Stars couple welcomed their first child together, a son, on Wednesday. Maksim confirmed the happy news on Twitter, writing, "Shai Aleksander Chmerkovskiy 01/04/17 5:34am." The birth comes just one day after he shared a photo of Peta applying makeup while lying in a hospital bed. The couple, who got engaged in December 2015, announced the pregnancy back in June 2016. Peta also showed off her baby bump numerous times on social media and at her recent baby shower. Congratulations to the new parents!
