All the Times Prince Harry Has Visited the United States

The centerpiece of Harry's first tour of North America was The Warrior Games, which takes place in Colorado Springs. When he first heard of the event for wounded former servicemen and women, he became determined to stage something similar in the UK, and so the Invictus Games were born.

As someone who twice served in Afghanistan, Harry has always had a special regard for those who fight for their country. A trip to Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia was an important part of his first US tour.

The ladies of Capitol Hill turned out for a glimpse of the prince on the same tour.

Age 24, Harry headed to New York City for the first time, visiting the 9/11 site as well as playing in a charity polo match.

While he was undertaking helicopter training in Arizona, Harry took a break one weekend — driving to a Harley-Davidson dealership in Scottsdale, AZ, to hire a bike and ride to Vegas.

Harry visited wounded vets in Fort Belvoir with First Lady Michelle Obama and the vice president's wife Dr. Jill Biden. Later the trio were courtside for a game of wheelchair basketball.

En route to best friend Guy Pelly's wedding in Memphis, TN, Harry and his friends stopped off in Miami for the groom's bachelor party, eating in Hakkasan and partying in LIV at the Fountainbleu Hotel.

Prince Harry and William attended the wedding of close friend and godfather to Prince George Guy Pelly in Memphis and even took a guided tour of Elvis's former home Graceland afterward.

William and Harry visited the famous theme park with their mother just after her divorce from their father. Age 9, it was Harry's first time in the US, and the royal trio stayed in the Grand Floridian Hotel. Harry has happy memories of riding Splash Mountain 14 times at Disney World.

Harry met with President Obama in the Oval Office to discuss wounded vets and The Invictus Games — it was the first time the two had met.

Harry made it clear what his path would be when he headed to New York to raise awareness of wounded veterans and took a tumble during a charity polo match.

Harry's infamous visit to Sin City was not his first but is certainly his best-known. He stayed at the Encore Wynn with friends, had a swimming race with Olympic gold-medalist Ryan Lochte, and played strip pool at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Later in the year, Harry scrubbed up and headed to the capital to receive a humanitarian award from former Secretary of State General Colin Powell. Harry was given the award for his work with wounded veterans.

On the NYC portion of his 2013 tour, Harry took part in the national past-time of baseball with a group of children in Harlem, along with New York Yankees player Mark Teixeira.

During a month's helicopter training in San Diego, it was reported that Harry dated a cocktail waitress and enjoyed nights out at the Andaz Hotel's cocktail bar and the Belly Up Tavern.
