Delaney Clements, a big-time Taylor Swift fan who is currently battling cancer in Colorado, got the surprise of a lifetime when her idol walked through the door of her bedroom on Saturday. "I was just laying down taking a nap in my room when my mom said I had a visitor and I thought it might just be another person coming to see how I was," Delaney captioned the adorable selfie she took with the "Bad Blood" singer. "Then suddenly the most amazing miracle happens...The Taylor Swift walked [in] and spent the afternoon with me just talking and hanging!!!!"

Taylor, who is known for going above and beyond for her fans, also uploaded a picture to Instagram showing off the supercute moments she shared with Delaney over the weekend, writing, "Merry Christmas Baby @delaneyy.bugg."
