By now, you probably know that Billie Eilish was recently in London to perform her new song, "No Time to Die," at the BRIT Awards. But you may not know that the 18-year-old singer maximized her time across the pond by surprising one of her biggest fans, a 16-year-old named Marissa, at UK-based radio station Capital FM. Host Roman Kemp invited Marissa to visit the station and share her experience with being the caretaker of her mother, who has type 2 diabetes, and her brother, who has severe learning difficulties.

During Capital Breakfast on Feb. 19, Marissa opened up about balancing her home life and school responsibilities. She revealed that Billie's music helps her feel less alone, not knowing that the songstress was right behind her. Once she realized her favorite artist was in the room, the two shared a heartwarming hug before Billie sat and heard more of Marissa's story. "You are so well spoken. It's crazy," Billie said. "You're so cute, dude. You look so cute." Watch the pair meet for the first time in the clip above, and prepare to feel all sorts of emotions!
