The couple — who started dating around October — weren't able to spend the day together since Cody was working in Milan, but that didn't stop Miley from gushing over her beau. She first posted a picture of Cody on Friday night, writing, "Happy birthday to my best friend in the entire world @codysimpson . . . I love you and our pirate life!" The following day, she shared a video of the couple wearing face masks, adding, "Happy birthday to my favorite human to get weird with on the entire earth."
