NYC Is a Real-Life Snow Globe Right Now

Snowy weather in the Big Apple is leading some to call it "Snow York City." Although Winter Storm Pax is bringing extreme, dangerous conditions to parts of the eastern US, people in downtown NYC are taking to Instagram to share stunning pictures of the snow-covered city. Central Park is blanketed in white, people in SoHo are building snowmen on the sidewalks, and the snowy West Village looks like something out of a painting.
