While other kids her age were dressing up as pumpkins, or pirates, or Elsa from Frozen, Blue Ivy took Halloween to a whole new level in 2014 with her spot-on Michael Jackson costume. If that wasn't cool enough, her second look was inspired by famed artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. Like we said before: stay cultured.
