Michael B. Jordan Wins 2 Image Awards, as Well as Our Hearts

The weekend started on a great note for Michael B. Jordan! The actor was on hand for the NAACP Image Awards in LA on Friday and took home two coveted honors: entertainer of the year and outstanding actor in a motion picture for his performance in Creed. Michael, who was just one of the handsome men to hit the red carpet for the ceremony, gave a heartfelt speech to the crowd, saying, "I used to sneak into the Image Awards, and now I'm standing here as the entertainer of the year, which is mind-blowing."

Michael had the support of his Creed costar Sylvester Stallone, who presented an award on stage. Sly took some heat last month at the Golden Globes when he forgot to thank Michael and director Ryan Coogler, and later that night, Michael took to Instagram and uploaded a short video, saying he knew "exactly how @officialslystallone felt after the Globes." Ryan, who wrote and directed the Rocky spinoff, also won awards for his work on the drama. Keep reading to see Michael's adorable night, and then check out more photos of the star that will make you feel all tingly inside.
