The two were all smiles as they played catch in front of the dugout in their very own jerseys. They also chatted with the team before Jake held Jeff's 20-month-old daughter, Nora, and carried her around the field. And the actor's sweet bond with Jeff and his family isn't just for show; Jake is portraying Jeff in the upcoming film adaptation of his memoir, Stronger, which is about losing both of his legs in the 2013 attacks.
