Leto reportedly struck up a romance with his wardrobe stylist, Chloe Bartoli, somewhere around 2013. The two had been — and still seem to be — close friends. Bartoli was even seen out with Leto the day after he won his Oscar in 2014, and the pair sparked dating rumors again in 2018 after Bartoli shared the above photo of her and Leto posing in the desert.
Fun fact: Bartoli also used to date Scott Disick, made headlines when she was spotted with the father of three in the South of France. According to Us Weekly, photos of them cuddling at the beach were allegedly the reason Disick's longtime girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian, broke up with him in July 2015.
