In 2013, Kim and Kanye welcomed North West into the world. According to Us Weekly, though, Kim did not register for any baby gifts. At six months pregnant, she asked well-wishers to donate to the Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago. The money reportedly went toward the treatment of sick babies.
