Will Smith Jets Off to Cannes For Some Quality Time With Son Jaden

Will Smith had the loving support of son Jaden at the Cannes Lions Festival in France on Tuesday afternoon. The actor — who was there to host a seminar about his global-minded approach to his career — was all about the fans as he signed autographs outside the Palais convention center and posed for photos with Jaden. Inside, Will took the stage and spoke about his late friend Muhammad Ali and also touched on his children, saying that his daughter, Willow, taught him a big lesson when she wanted to drop out of Justin Bieber's tour because she no longer enjoyed performing. He discovered that creating a career for Willow was useless if she wasn't happy, saying, "The lesson was so important: selling, marketing, and creating cannot be about me, and my parenting is connecting to the way I make movies and the way I interact with people." Will is set to return to the big screen in both Suicide Squad and Collateral Beauty later this year.
