Carmelo Anthony had a big crush on MTV VJ La La Vazquez, so he turned to a close friend to make the introduction happen. "We met through a mutual friend DJ Clue," La La said of the start of their courtship. "I was hosting a show on MTV with DJ Clue at the time and he said 'I really want to introduce you to someone that wants to meet you.' He introduced us and it started off as a friendship which evolved over time into something more." Being so forward ended up working out perfectly for Carmelo, who married La La in NYC in July 2010.
