The couple's second child and first son, Saint, was born on Dec. 5, 2015. When Kourtney Kardashian surprised Kris Jenner on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" with the news that Kardashian's surrogate was in labor with her fourth child, Saint was adorably shy when Ellen asked him what his name was.
For Saint's 6th birthday, Kardashian shared some photos on Instagram and wrote, "My baby Saint is 6 today! There's no one like you and your smile and your negotiating skills. I've never met anyone that takes Roblox as serious as you!"
Apparently, Saint is turning into a major sports fan. "Saint loves soccer so I've enjoyed traveling the world to see games and really bonding with him through the sport," Kardashian said in a September interview with CR Fashion Book. "I want all of my kids to be one hundred percent who they are."
She opened up a bit more about Saint's life in an October episode of "The Kardashians" season four, revealing that she hired a male nanny to help out with him. "I do think that my household and even our family is very female-dominated," Kardashian explained of raising her sons. "I recently hired a manny. I really wanted a male around that would be picking them up and taking them to sports, and I was scared out of my mind to tell their dad that."
Fortunately, it sounds like West was open to Saint's new caretaker. "When he was dropping off the kids, Kanye introduced himself," Kardashian added. "They played two-on-two with Saint and him. He's been so nice to him, like 'Hey, if you're going to help raise my son' — because he handed him the ball really easily or something — he's like, 'Don't do that, have him get it himself. It's some of the rules I would want.' And I was like 'Oh my God, OK!'"
