Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore go way back. The two have been friends for years, and Drew is actually responsible for Jimmy and Nancy Juvonen's 12-year marriage. Jimmy and Nancy first met through the actress when Nancy visited the Saturday Night Live set, though it wasn't until Drew and Jimmy starred in 2005's Fever Pitch together that a romance blossomed between Jimmy and Nancy.
