Zoey's most recent boyfriend, Dylan, is the son of The Conjuring producer Chad Hayes. He has appeared in movies like No Strings Attached as young Adam and worked on a variety of shorts as director. In an Instagram post dedicated to their one-year anniversary, Zoey seemingly confirmed the pair has been dating since March 2017.
Dylan most recently appeared on her Instagram in July 2019, during a trip to California. There's been no word on whether or not the couple are still together, although his absence on her Instagram as of late may be due to a personal aesthetic choice by Zoey rather than a breakup.
