April 2017: Kardashian Expresses Her Hopes For a Future With Thompson

"I would love to have a family. We've talked about it," Kardashian shared during an interview with ES Magazine. She confirmed that she would say yes if Thompson asked her to marry him. "He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father. I definitely want to be a mom."
