On the May 5 episode of "The Kardashians," fans learned that Thompson flew out to California to be there for Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's engagement on Oct. 17. A producer asks Kardashian how she and Thompson are doing. She tells them: "We're good. We're, actually, in a really good place. We just got back together. He's been going to therapy a lot. There's just been a lot of effort on his part." This is the first time she's publicly confirmed that she and Thompson were romantically involved in the fall of 2021.
