Dunst and Plemons struck up a friendship while filming season two of the FX series "Fargo" in 2015. On the show, they portrayed married high school sweethearts, Peggy and Ed Blomquist. At the time, Dunst was in a long-term relationship with fellow actor Garrett Hedlund.
