At this time, not much is known about the newborn, but the actor was photographed on Oct. 29 cradling a baby during a stroll around New York City with Thomas and their son Hart, per the Daily Mail. Williams is also mom to daughter Matilda Ledger, whom she welcomed with the late Heath Ledger.
