Hill moved on from Santos with Sarah Brady, a community engagement leader for Changing Tides Foundation, according to The Sun. While it's unclear exactly when they started dating, the couple made their Instagram debut in September 2021 after Hill posted a loving picture praising his new girlfriend. "Grateful for you @sarahhbrady," the actor wrote in a since-deleted post (note: Hill deleted his IG altogether in August 2022 after revealing his struggles with anxiety, per Page Six).
The two mostly kept their relationship out of the spotlight, but that didn't stop engagement rumors from swirling in February 2022. People reported at the time that the rumors were unfounded, with Hill taking to Instagram to shut them down. The actor jokingly wrote, "The rumors are not true. I'm engaged. But not to my girlfriend. I am engaged to your mom. I know this is shocking but please respect our privacy at this time."
The pair broke up quietly sometimetime in 2022, a split that was only made evident through the revelation of Hill's next relationship.
