Born on Feb. 25, 2023, at 3:28 p.m., baby Leodis is Palmer and Jackson's first child together. The pair announced their son's arrival on Instagram two days after his birth with a series of photos documenting their first 48 hours as parents. "Born during Black History Month, with a name to match 😄!" Palmer wrote in part. "LEODIS ANDRELLTON JACKSON, welcome to the world baby Leo."
In another post, Jackson documented himself and Palmer leaving the hospital with their son in tow. "Riding out in style w/ baby Leo," he captioned the Instagram clip.
Speaking to POPSUGAR in October 2023, Palmer revealed the biggest lesson she's learned about motherhood so far is "to put myself first." She explained, "The reason why I say that is because in order to be the best for your child and to give your child the best of you, you have to be doing good. You have to feel good within yourself and your cup has to be full."
